SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by WASH in the context of mobile vehicle cleaning. By booking a service, you acknowledge these terms as binding.

Location: The place where the vehicle care is carried out.
Customer/You: A natural or legal person who books a service with WASH.
Booking: A binding agreement for the provision of mobile vehicle care.
Service Provider/We: WASH.
BOOKING & CONTACT FORMATION
By completing the booking through our website or via direct contact, a service contract is concluded.
The booking will be confirmed by email. This email serves as proof of contract.
Bookings are only permitted from the age of 18.
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the desired cleaning appointment.
Prices are indicated in CHF, include the applicable statutory VAT, and apply as agreed during the booking process.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment is made at the time of booking via Stripe or in cash on-site before the service is provided.
If there are insufficient funds for cash payment on-site, we charge a processing fee of CHF 50.00.
Card payment on-site is not possible.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
We use environmentally friendly, non-abrasive cleaning products. The customer is responsible for making the vehicle accessible and free of personal belongings. Cleaning is carried out according to the booked package (interior, exterior, or complete).
LIABILITY
Damages or defects must be reported before leaving the cleaning location.
WASH assumes no liability for personal belongings in the vehicle, pre-existing damages, mechanical or electrical defects, and/or weather-related failures.
In cases of proven negligence on our part, liability is limited to a maximum of CHF 200.
Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.
WEATHER RELATED LIMITATIONS
In case of bad weather, we require a covered or sheltered location to carry out the cleaning.
If such a location is not available, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the booking at short notice.
CHILD SEATS
Child seats must be removed by the customer in advance.
We assume no responsibility for their removal, reinstallation, or safety of use after the cleaning.

LOSS / DAMAGE / COMPLAINTS
Damages or loss of items must be reported in writing within 24 hours.
In any case, our liability is limited to twice the amount of the booked cleaning price.
CHANGES & ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Changes to existing bookings must be reported at least 24 hours in advance.
Additional services can be booked on-site and are subject to charges.
We reserve the right to change prices, but any changes will be communicated before execution and require your consent.
NO-SHOW / UNAVAILABILITY
If the customer or the vehicle cannot be located at the agreed location within 30 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel the service and charge a cancellation fee of up to CHF 50.
The same applies if the vehicle cannot be opened.
