Our prices apply to cars in a normally dirty condition. We reserve the right to charge an appropriate surcharge for excessive dirt. This includes, excessive pet hair, vomit, urine, blood, or other biological residues, encrusted food residue, spilled drinks, etc. on the interior. Dried mud or tar, paintwork with coarse dirt, rims with burnt-on brake dust, etc. on the exterior.
